You can choose from First Class Postage for small postcards, Presort Standard Postage for letter-sized pieces, Non-Profit Postage if you supply your own indicia, or you can provide your own stamps. First Class is recommended for time-sensitive listings or open house announcements, while Presort Standard offers cost savings for higher-volume farming campaigns.

Yes. A mail sample service is available for an additional $10, which sends one printed copy to your ordering address for review before the full campaign is processed. This allows you to verify design quality, paper stock, and layout accuracy prior to committing to the complete mailing, minimizing the risk of costly errors.

You have three design paths: select and customize a pre-designed real estate template from a large collection, work with the in-house design team for a fully custom postcard featuring your agent photo and brokerage branding, or upload your own print-ready artwork. Design services are available for hire separately if you need professional creative support.

Production options include Same Day Rush (additional $45), Next Day (additional $35), or standard 2–3 Business Days. After printing, postcards are processed, addressed, and submitted directly to USPS for delivery. Pickup at the Chantilly location is also available, and shipping to other locations can be estimated by zip code during checkout.
